It’s funny, from the standpoint of animal suffering I ought to be all for this, but something about it still gives me the heebie jeebies. I’ll have to think a bit more about why that is.

That really freaks me out a bit. I am all about trying to find sustainable farming practices that lower the impact of greenhouse gases and lead to a more humane method of production and slaughter, but this just seems so…well…Frankenstein-ish.
